We Love Disney is a vibrant compilation released in 2015 on Verve Records, bringing together a diverse roster of contemporary artists to put fresh spins on beloved songs from the Disney catalog. The album draws from a wide range of genres — pop, rock, soul, funk, and country — reflecting the broad musical appeal of the source material and the varied talents involved.
What makes We Love Disney stand out is how many of its contributors go beyond simple imitation, injecting their own personality and style into these iconic songs. Ne-Yo, Fall Out Boy, and others bring jazzy swing and rollicking energy to classic tunes, while artists like Kacey Musgraves and Ariana Grande offer their own distinct takes on timeless favorites. The result is a lively, cross-genre celebration that works just as well for longtime Disney fans as it does for listeners drawn in by the impressive lineup of artists.
