ORDER DELAYED? Please note that USPS shipping delays are 100% out of our control and we cannot do anything to speed up their processes, although we wish we could! While we are known in the industry for shipping orders extremely fast (usually within 2 business days or less), we cannot (and have never) guaranteed exact delivery dates or precise holiday delivery. All shipping speeds are clearly noted as estimates only. If we sent you a tracking #, this means your order has already been mailed and is no longer in our possession. Some orders may note show tracking updates, but this is due to the delays and has definitely been shipped. Once the order is handed off to the USPS, it is up to them to get the package to you and we can do little on our end to have them move more quickly. Please refer to your tracking number for any and all updates as we will not be able to provide any further information. 99% of orders do not experience any issues, but the USPS can sometimes get overwhelmed or delayed.
