ORDER DELAYED?
Please note that USPS shipping delays are 100% out of our control and we cannot do anything to speed up their processes. While we are known in the industry for shipping orders extremely fast (usually within 2 business days or less), we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or precise holiday delivery. All shipping speeds are clearly noted as estimates only.
If we sent you a tracking number, your order has already been mailed and is no longer in our possession. Some orders may not show tracking updates due to delays, but your order has definitely been shipped. Once handed off to USPS, it is up to them to deliver your package.
Please refer to your tracking number for all updates — we will not be able to provide further information. 99% of orders have no issues, but USPS can sometimes get overwhelmed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

In the event of damage, photos are required to process your claim. Please also include your full name and order number so we can locate your order.
