The album gained early momentum with the lead single "Down to Joy," a song that previously earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Song after appearing in Kenneth Branagh's 2021 film Belfast. Presented in a gatefold sleeve with orange inner sleeves, Remembering Now is a meaningful addition to Morrison's storied catalog, dedicated in loving memory of Crawford Bell and featuring contributions from notable collaborators including Fiachra Trench, Don Black, and Seth Lakeman.
