Great live album! (Except maybe for an overly long drum solo on side 2.). Thin Lizzy was a great band. This concert at the Riviera Theater in Chicago back in 1976 was the first time I ever heard their music. I've become a big fan since then. The guitarists are both fabulous as is the bassist and leader Phil Lynott!
Wow! We don't usually reply to all of the reviews we get, but this one was too awesome to not say something. How cool is it that you now have a vinyl copy of a show you were actually at? I'm guessing it doesn't even come close to capturing the magic of actually being there, but I do think some of these live imports are helping a lot of people find special moments from their past. We had one other customer that found an album where he had sang backup vocals and didn't even know it had been pressed on vinyl. Stories like this are what make this a fun business!
