Inspired tandems like Sonic Youth and Cypress Hill, Biohazard and Onyx, De La Soul and Teenage Fanclub transform this collection into an almost avant-garde experiment, an angsty '90s alt-culture response to similarly groundbreaking comps like NO NEW YORK.
