Joco Package Protection & Insurance provides protection for shipments that are lost or badly damaged during the shipping process. Add this insurance to your cart at checkout to enable protection. The USPS can get rough with things sometimes and while rare, packages sometimes get lost and never ever get marked as delivered. This will make sure you're covered in those instances.
Important Note: If this insurance is removed from your cart and not included with your final purchase, Joco Records will not be responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged during shipping. Please also note that if the USPS confirms your order was delivered and can verify that via GPS coordinates during our claims process, the process does take longer and may require further information. We highly recommend this coverage as it is extremely affordable and provides peace of mind when the USPS decides to get a little rough with packages or simply loses it.
NOTE: This does not cover manufacturer defects such as minor warping and this is out of our control.
