Happier Now is the 2026 release from Movements, the Southern California rock band whose emotionally charged songwriting has kept them on a steady upward path. Released through Fearless Records, it finds the band sounding sure of who they have become rather than chasing a dramatic reinvention.
The title is both aspirational and sarcastic, and the band has described the songs as some of the saddest they have written. Across twelve tracks, the album delivers a gut-wrenching emotional journey. Even its brighter moments carry a heavy, honest weight that stays with you.
