MANAS is an Asheville-based free improvisation project that captures raw, spontaneous energy across a genre-spanning sound rooted in rock, folk, and world music influences. Their self-titled debut, Manas, was released in 2015 on the respected independent label Feeding Tube Records, with all tracks recorded in 2014 across two Asheville recording spaces.
