Angel is the fourth studio album from Philadelphia-born singer-songwriter Lizzy McAlpine, set for release on September 18, 2026 via RCA Records. Co-produced by McAlpine alongside Mason Stoops and Taylor Mackall, the 14-track record marks a bold step forward in her artistry, pushing into a bigger, more open sonic landscape while retaining the intimate directness that has made her one of the most compelling voices in contemporary alternative music.
Where earlier chapters of McAlpine's catalog leaned into raw heartbreak and self-reflection, Angel shifts toward acceptance, closure, and self-discovery — a more freeing emotional register that feels like a natural evolution. The result is her most lyrically expansive and sonically ambitious work to date, a record that deepens her already devoted fanbase while signaling an exciting new direction for an artist clearly hitting her stride.
