The record is in great condition and works perfectly. My one complaint would be that the shipping updates weren't being sent to me until the product was delivered. Pretty sure this isn't Joco Record's fault but it still would've been nice to know updates and a more accurate eta. I came home from work and it was sitting outside in the snow.
Again, great record and works perfectly. I would buy from here again.
Hey Nick! You are correct, we have no control over the tracking updates once we hand it off to the USPS. Some tracking numbers update one day one and provide an update at every stop along the way. Other times, we don't see it update until it's halfway across the country. Unfortunately, since we aren't the USPS, we don't have any control over that and we find it just as frustrating as you.
