The music on Répertoire weaves together an eclectic range of influences, blending 1960s pop sensibilities with synthetic arrangements, folk and country elements drawn from spaghetti western imagery, samples from obscure films and television, and raw rock grooves layered beneath lush waves of guitar. The result is a richly textured album that rewards repeated listening, showcasing Personne's ability to pull from vastly different sonic worlds and craft something that feels entirely his own.
