Originally released in 1968, Gun is the debut album from The Gun, a British rock guitar trio consisting of brothers Adrian (guitar) and Paul (bass) Gurvitz, alongside drummer Louis Farrell. The band made a notable mark on the late 1960s British rock scene, scoring a Top Ten hit with "Race with the Devil" and earning recognition as pioneers of the psychedelic and proto-progressive rock sound.
