Producer and musician Robin, known as El Búho, presents Hogar, a deeply personal and expansive album rooted in the exploration of what "home" truly means. Drawing on both intimate moments — settling into family life, shared meals with old friends — and broader themes like displacement and belonging, the record reflects a rich emotional and cultural landscape.
Hogar showcases a significant step forward in El Búho's artistry, weaving together Latin American musical traditions with electronica, texture, and carefully gathered field recordings from everyday life, travels, and chance encounters. The result is a warm yet expansive sound that feels grounded in real places and lived memories, with a diverse cast of collaborators bringing additional depth and character to each track.
