Released in 1998, These Are Special Times is Céline Dion's beloved holiday album, arriving at the height of her international superstardom following the massive success of the Titanic soundtrack. The album brings together a rich collection of classic Christmas songs and original holiday material, showcasing the full breadth of her extraordinary vocal talent across a warm and lush production.
What makes These Are Special Times stand out among holiday albums is Dion's ability to move effortlessly between intimate, reverent performances of sacred classics like "O Holy Night" and "Ave Maria" and bright, radio-friendly seasonal fare. Her voice — one of the most powerful and expressive of her generation — brings genuine emotion to every track, making this a holiday record that resonates far beyond the season itself.
