A proto-prog band that walked the line between hooky psych rock and jazzy excursions better than anyone else, Caravan's progressive indulgences were simply the result of a group of enormously gifted musicians playing in an incredibly tight band. IF I COULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN, I'D DO IT ALL OVER YOU, their second album, captures them in their prime and features classics such as the title track, "I Wish I Were Stoned," and "Hello, Hello." The reissue includes bonus demos of these last two tracks and others.
