We use the best boxes in the industry and almost never have any issues. However, the USPS can sometimes get rough with packages, which is just part of the shipping process unfortunately. Had you contacted us prior to leaving a negative review, we would have been happy to help - but that was not the case. You've also ordered with us 6 times prior to this with zero issues, and we've used the same boxes for the last couple years, so likely a USPS issue and obviously never has been an issue in the past.
