Shipping Policies

Joco Records is happy to offer optional Protection and Shipping Insurance at checkout. This insurance is automatically added to your cart and may be removed by toggling it off. Without this coverage, Joco Records cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments once they leave our facility. We highly recommend keeping this coverage for your peace of mind.

Lost & Delayed Shipments

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your shipment has been handed to USPS. Delays are not uncommon—especially with Media Mail—and are entirely outside our control. Estimated delivery windows are just that: estimates. If your package is delayed, please contact USPS directly. Claims for lost packages can only be made if Protection & Shipping Insurance was kept in the cart at checkout.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and evaluated case-by-case. If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@jocorecords.com with clear photographs of both the item and packaging.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

 

If a return exception is made due to buyer’s remorse, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee to account for handling, wear in transit, and non-refundable payment processing fees.
